LACMA - App Redesign

I designed a more user-friendly exhibition app by improving on the LACMA website, adding essential features, and refining the design based on my visit experience. In particular, I aimed to reflect the harmony of LACMA’s signature colors and the sculptural qualities of its logo that I observed during my visit.

Main Page The ‘Home’ tab of the app places the features that users prioritize when entering. In particular, it reflects the system of the LACMA Museum of Art to increase accessibility so that exhibitions and events can be added to the schedule immediately. Booking I have consolidated exhibition, event, and program information—previously spread across different menus on the website—into a single “Booking” tab. Users can easily find the information they need using filter and search functions. Ticket I have concisely presented the services previously offered by LACMA while rearranging the order to enhance accessibility for visitors, prioritizing tickets, docent services, and a list of favorited artworks.
